Good service and good gotel

the architecture and design remind me of a European botique hotel! love it

at the moment the city is working on the street in front of the hotel so parking was not available!

The staff were friendly enough and there was secure parking.

My booking.com room rate was not honored. The AC was very weak. The toilet seat would bend and slide into the bowl when I sat on it. There was no body wash. The beds were old and I could feel the springs. Bathroom caulk was all cracked and peeling. Nothing about this room was worth the nearly $200 I paid.

todo muy bien el problema fue al querer regresar en la madrugada no contestaban el telefono para que nos abrieran el puerta del estacionamineto. en el lobby tambien cerrado con llave, ya casi tiraban la puerta de tanto que tocaban y a las 500 fueron abrir. reservamos varias parejas *6 habitaciones*

The staff was SO nice and was always helpful. The hotel was very clean. I really liked that they have an area for Smokers . Also, have a gym room and a big jacuzzi. I reported something wrong in Gym Room RIGHT away, they fixed it. There were no hesitations. I also felt very secure as Front Doors are locked. Everything was amazing and comfortable

Only thing I didn't like was Toilet Bowl , Lol It's very Low other then that there's absolutely Nothing to complain about

Very nice Boutique Hotel, Good location. Nice staff. I'll come back!
