picture on the wall. had to check in early as we were going to a funeral and didn't know when we would return it turned out that it was after 9 p.m. before we got back. thank you for the waver of the extra 30.00 dollars, if we would have had to pay the extra, we would not use your hotel any more. Up to now we have stayed their several times over the years. simply because of its location and easy access .

pillows are to thick and hurt my head. check in time is later than most other hotels. the suprise charge was not music to our ears. thank you for making that right.

"Pleasant with challenges."

I didn't get my deposit back, in fact they charged it the day after. We left the room in good shape, water on floor because of shower, and cleaned up after ourselves to a degree. No damage, and I returned the key to an extremely rude and surely front desk staff. The front desk staff on check in was quite pleasant and friendly. The one at checkout seemed to be confrontational, rude and only cared if she was right.
