מיקום מצויין, בנין םנימי ופסטורלי להפליא, צוות נעים הליכות, שירות כביסה מהיר יעיל וזול, ארוחת בוקר נדיבה במיוחד שמתקיימת בין עצי הלימון, חדר בגודל סביר, מעוצב ומאובזר היטב, מודרני ונקי מאד, חדר אמבטיה נעים ומלא מקום לשים את כלי הרחצה, מגבות גדולות ורכות, הכל מרגיש חדש.

יש הרבה מדרגות והן היו גבוהות מאד עבורנו. בעלי המקום אמנם ציינו מראש שיש מדרגות בכניסה לנכס אבל אנחנו קיבלנו בונוס, עוד שתי קומות בתוך המבנה (החדר למעשה היה בעליית גג). היה בחדר חלון אחד עגול שאינו נפתח כלל, יש חלון עגול קטן בחדר הרחצה שנפתח רק לחצי. החדר היה מבושם בצורה מוגזמת וחונקת והיה קשה להשתחרר מהריח.
