A newish and large hotel built around 2020. We had 2 large functions here Met by the GM Frank during check-in, which was a nice touch The suite is nice and large, no major issues The function rooms and service are good. AV and IT facilities met our expectations The gym medium sized and has windows The sauna disappointing due to the cigarette smell Good chinese restaurant on the premise. Breakfast restaurant also good, lots of variety and choices

"Avoid staying at Hilton Hotel in Guiyang, the central air conditioning system is dreadful."

This hotel the central air control had big problems. 4 of us for two rooms and 3 got sick because their air system is not working. This hotel try to save money without air conditioning. We lived at temperature high than 30 degrees. We requested repairs and the guy told us cannot do anything. Because they try to save money. 3 people got sick for two nights here. We requested full refund and they refused and try to make things worse. We very disappointed with this hotel. The manager try to hide something.
