Disgusting dirty deteriorating place. Liitter around corridors, fallen garbage bins on the corridors floor on every floor. Cats, cats poop, cats piss smell. Drips from the ceiling right into the middle of the bed.... it is the place to demolish. Staff is lazy and does not speak a single English word. All bed linen is not only yellow and brown spottrd, but also molded all over so I slept on towels. Warning: all cheap rooms are internal, without window to the outdoor fresh air. I stayed and described above so called "deluxe" room with so called balcony,, which costs after upgrade extra charge as high quality room in different starred hotels in the most prestigiious part of the city, in one of them I relocated next morning. Colonies of ants everywhere. They feed on smashed brown substancies on the room floor. I did not open my suitcase and did not change cloths after plane to protect my stuff from ants, but they colonised it from outside into zip folds so I fought them next day in my new hotel.
