Easy check in process, everything was clean, near attractions and the park, comfy beds

They charge you with the sento/spa fee even if you can't use it (they don't let you use it if you have tattoos) It is a bit tricky to get to the hotel from the station as it is an industrial-port area

Nice hotel but everything needs to pay extra, towel 290yen, welcome water 200yen, they call "Resort" but is not like that.. Staffs didn't speak English Food is disgusting, is a microwave menu and the breakfast is expensive and is not good value

Dirty bed with bed bugs. Nice surprise with the dinosaur at check in. The beds are too dirty but couldn’t change room as it was a late check in and there was no staff .

Onsen was really good and big - indoor and outdoor. There’s also a rest area outside the onsen. I was just stop over for a night as I arrived Kansai quite late. Wish I have more time here as it’s the best hotel onsen that I had in Japan.

No one at checked in counter. The location is quite far from the train station.
