Its simply charming. Its got everything one needs and a little extra. The amazing bathroom was equipped with all the necessities and more. The bar and dining area are great. The parking is plentiful. The staff is friendly. Who could ask for more?

The hotel was very clean, we stayed 2 nights while visiting Universal. We would stay here again! There is a free shuttle to the theme park as well and parking was free!

Felt safe, and secure so beautiful when you walk in smells and looks very clean also had amazing customer service. Overall would come back and we highly recommend they offer shuttle service so that’s a plus as well.

Beautifully decorated, very friendly and welcoming. Loved the food/bar option at their Bistro area. Room was roomy, comfortable, and the bathroom was huge and stocked with little extra touches.

The shuttle is a big plus - front desk staff were great. It was only a one night stay, but I really appreciated how pleasant it all was. I'll be back, hopefully next time I'm in Burbank!

Property was clean and close to a bunch of stores. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to and from Burbank airport and universal. Pool is heated and clean.
