My friend and I only stayed for one night but Simon at the front desk was amazing and helpful and Luis was our driver on the shuttle bus. He was so friendly! Gave us great advice on what get at Porto's for breakfast the next morning and made sure we knew where to be when he picked us up that night!! Will definitely stay there again!!! Thanx guys!! YOU ROCK!!!!! Amanda and Diane : )

The check in was easy and the hotel easy to find. The parking lot was for the hotel and the room was clean. Bathroom was very nice (shower was great). The location was good for Universal.

The room was very clean, the shower was amazing. The staff is very friendly. The parking was hassle free. The hotel is within 5 miles of Universal Studios, which was central to our trip.
