Aussergewöhnliches Familienzimmer/Häuschen, sehr gutes Restaurant und sehr gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz sehr bequem - könnte mir vorstellen, dass wenn das Hotel komplett voll ist am Abend schwierig ist Platz zu finden. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Absolutely outstanding stay at Pension Berc! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and located in a perfect spot for exploring Lake Bled. The rooms are comfortable, stylish, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the incredible hospitality. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Their level of service is simply exceptional, and their guest-focused approach is something you rarely encounter, even in top-rated hotels. Every interaction felt personal, thoughtful, and sincere. The atmosphere throughout the property is peaceful and inviting, making it easy to feel at home from the very first day. It's clear that the owners and staff take great pride in creating a memorable experience for every guest. Without a doubt, one of the best places we have ever stayed. If you're visiting Lake Bled, Pension Berc is an absolute gem and deserves every bit of its outstanding reputation. We cannot recommend it highly enough and we are hoping to come back someday.

Beautiful setting ideally located for the lake and village. Breakfast was fantastic. Friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was a great size for a family and we very much enjoyed the local fizz from the fridge!

Beautiful grounds surround several hotel buildings that all appear extremely well maintained. There is a restaurant available for dinner but was very expensive. Breakfast was served and was fantastic, with lovely selections. Room was well appointed, nice linens and cross ventilation. Front desk gentleman was every nice at checkin and gave good information about the hotel. They are very nice to give you a mini bar for our consumption, along with cookies, which were store bought and stale.

This was my fault, but would have appreciated some help. I messed up the dates on my reservation and in reality, shorted myself one night. The young gentleman who phoned me to ask why we had not arrived was very short and after me asking for some help with finding another accommodation for the missing night, he said...." I am sure you can find something yourself". There were two hotels across the street he could have asked. No help at all. I have never been to a hotel that did not have helpful front desk staff.
