"跟家人一起來台南玩，無意間發現的CP值爆表民宿，離花園夜市走路10分鐘路程，但是公共區沒有冷氣有點可惜。"

入住前就要求客人全額匯款（也立馬匯款）！原訂房間冷氣漏水拖到最後一刻（我們已到現場）才通知沒辦法入住⋯實在有點誇張⋯雖然給我們兩個選擇：1.換去住他們連鎖的另一家住（重點離原預定的有段距離）2.全額退費，要我們再去找（假日臨時要找住宿有困難）迫於無奈只好選擇1方案，這期間所造成我們的不便也沒任何補償，民宿處理的方式真的有待加強
