El chalet zonas comunes son muy espaciosas , cocina muy completa , jardín era espectacular.

El mobiliario bastante antiguo, las cama se movía porque está rota arreglada con tornillos a la madera. Alarma dentro de la casa con cámara en el salón y entrada de las habitaciones.

la ubicacion esta muy bien, con acceso privado a la playa

no tuvimos agua caliente es toda la estancia y nos mandaron a la casa de enfrente. Ibamos con niños y hacia muy mal tiempo así que la solucion no nos gustó demasiado. Vinieron a mirar el calentador y estaba roto y tengo la sensacion que ya llevaba roto varios dias antes de nuestra llegada. Nos comentaron que el dia antes habian huespedes en la casa pero lo dudo...

Belle villa au bord de la mer près du centre de Ciutadella. La maison est vaste et très bien conçue: 4 chambres isolées des parties à vivre, un jardin agréable dans lequel il est possible de garer les voitures et de grandes terrasses.

L’électroménager fonctionne mal ou pas du tout ( four défaillant, lave-vaisselle bouché) et aucune intervention sur les 5 jours de notre séjour, malgré 2 demandes.

Taille de la maison parfaite, l'emplacement tout près de Cala N Forcat, le billard à disposition ainsi que l'espace barbecue et la piscine.

Confort literie à revoir.
