They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready with great recommendations and assistance. Their outstanding service made our stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel, and we would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Caza in San Francisco! Perfect location just steps from Fisherman’s Wharf, with modern, super comfortable rooms and a warm, welcoming vibe from start to finish. But the real highlight was the service. Rodolfo and Aia at the front desk were simply exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with city tips, restaurant recommendations, and any request we had. They handled everything with genuine warmth and professionalism, making us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back - and I recommend this place without hesitation

A bit on the high side cost wise

La posizione era ottimale

Abbiamo scoperto che tutta la parte delle stanze locate alla destra degli ascensori affacciava sul un muro fatuscente di un’altra struttura, inoltre vi era una stradina molto sporca quasi abbandonata e molte persone senza tetto lo utilizzavano per fare i propri bisogni. Inoltre l’affaccio della nostra camera era al secondo piano e si vedeva chiaramente tutta questa indecenza, compresi i cestini di spazzatura pieni. Ho notato inoltre che abbiamo pagato 149$ di resort fee, quando la nistra stanza non aveva nemmeno un mini frio, microonde o macchinetta del tè/caffè. Qualsiasi cosa si doveva pagare. Veramente tutto deludente. Prezzo troppo alto per i servizi offerti.
