Very traditional and quirky. Whilst the rooms in the garden were fairly small they were very comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Jardim da Batalha. The location is perfect, right in the city center, with everything within walking distance. Our room was modern, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden, which made mornings especially peaceful. The bed was excellent, and we slept very well. The standout experience was definitely the breakfast, easily the best meal we had during our three days in Porto. Everything was fresh, organic, and sourced from the hotel’s own farm. We also enjoyed watching the farm’s story on the room TV,it added a thoughtful, authentic touch that surpassed even some high-end restaurants we visited. The staff were warm and genuinely helpful, with special thanks to the receptionist who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We’d happily return just to stay here again, especially for that unforgettable breakfast. Highly recommended!
