Vila Marina -BBQ, pool & garden- by Seareen

Villa Marina is in a lovely location with fast, inexpensive travel via Uber into Albuferia and surrounding areas. Villa marina had everything you could need or want. We took full advantage of what the marina had to offer. There were a few issues with heating as the villas hot water normally runs off solar power, in cloudy April the solar was not providing enough power and electric boiler wasn’t working, this issue was rectified immediately by their staff, and a heating engineer. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

Tv didn't work

Wonderful villa with a swimming pool, international TV. Plenty of space for a group of friends or family with children. Kitchen is well equipped. Bedrooms were big and the three bathrooms were all with a shower. There is a car parking space so the car doesn’t need to be parked on the road.

Rooms were very good sizes and all had their own bathrooms. The villa was very spacious

The pool was not a very big pool, but was still fun to use

Group of 8 old men had a great week. Lovely location, 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, pool table was in big demand. Good communication on arrival and were allowed a late checkout. Recommended.

The TV was tricky to work, but was not a problem for us.

Large spacious villa good location to marina. Great for large family groups. Plentiful supply of hot water for showers.

Overall villa is Rundown. The oven is poor one shelf and no baking tray so unable to even heat up a pizza or some chips for lunch. Gas cooker does not automatically light so unless you have matches or a lighter you cannot use it. Every shower head holder was broken so had to hold showers temporarily fixed in the end by using hair bands. The twin beds very uncomfortable had to resort to out mattress on floor in one room as bed frame bent in middle. Door handles broken and coming off. Main bedroom bed base tatty and curtains frayed. Pool tiles were missing and black grout in places. Towels and bathroom Mats were very poor and grotty looking. Not enough lounge seating One small sofa for a villa which potentially sleeps 10 people

Very spacious, lovely and clean. Perfect for groups! Fantastic location and couldn’t find a fault.
