Lấn was so very helpful in getting us taxis, sharing with us recommendations, and so much more. It was a great stay overall and very helpful knowing someone was there to help who knew English.

English instructions on the A/C and Water Heater for bathroom. Took a minute to figure it out.

The property was in a good location in the city. We booked a suite to ensure we had enough space and the room was a good size on a high floor with good views.

The hotel could have done better in a few small areas. The room safe was broken and the over bath shower had no curtain so the floor was always very wet.

Breakfast was good with good selection of food. Bed was comfortable, room was a good size and Quiet. Shower and bathroom were good with shower screen so everything doesn’t get wet while having a shower. Internet worked fine. Restaurant was fully booked on the night I stayed so staff recommended that I order room service, which I did and they delivered the best meal I had in the last 10 days at a very reasonable price of $100000 VND.

Like all hotels away from Major cities an English speaking person at front desk would be great at a hotel of this size and standard.
