Quiet room, quiet HVAC, large bathroom

The mini fridge had no freezer compartment. The tv remote needs repair/replacement. The short shower curtain allowed water to splash halfway across the room.

Check in & out were so easy. The room was so comfortable & so nice.

The hot tub was cold

Pedí una habitación silenciosa y me asignaron la que está a 2 metros de la máquina de venta de golosinas, que hacía ruido permanentemente. Pero como estaba agotado, igual pude dormir. La habitación debería tener una luz general en el techo para estar muy bien iluminada. Las 3 lámparas periféricas prendidas resultan insuficientes.

Location

only complaint was there are not night stands on both of the bed. And I messed up and only got full size . That was my fault. Staff was fine not over friendly

We was on the second floor by the elevator, it was noisy. But we had someone on floor above that was a child that ran back and forth till midnight I would think about who you put above others when registering

Excellent amenities. Very clean and hospitable.

Sometimes hard to walk out, some visitors were noisy.
