"We like the convenience as it is close to family. The rooms are comfortable except for dirty carpets."

We have stayed with you a few times now. The carpet in room 302 and 202 really need cleaned! When I get in the shower there is dirt from my feet. Also bathroom ceiling and shower walls need repaired. Looks like mold.

"Ok at best"

Location was fine. Hotel looks like it hasn’t been updated in decades. Features falling apart. Found multiple bugs in the room including a giant centipede.

The location and value were excellent. The rooms were clean and what I expected. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area.
