This place was horrible from the moment we checked in! We woke up the next morning to management (Patricia) knocking on our doors telling us we are too loud when we weren’t even up yet! Neighbors telling kids to shut up! No clean towels, no clean sheets, went to sleep in my bed and there was business cards in the sheets! Staff was horrible and rude and I wouldn’t recommend anyone with kids to stay here ever! Even after we checked out and it started raining they let us stand outside with all our luggage and didn’t allow us to stay in the lobby.

Decent place for the price, little details like not working coffe maker or not able or not able to watch cable channels. My review it's mostly about the poor empathy for the girl at the front desk. When I booked the rooms, I requested that it was wheelchair accessible. When I'm checking in I was told that the rooms were in 2nd and 3rd floor. No elevator. I told her that my mom won't be able to make it to the 2nd floor( the stairs are outdoor and it was raining so it was very slippery. She told me that I was giving those rooms by Hotels.com and that's it. I understand that maybe was out of her control. But her attitude of not caring at all that a 90 years old lady have to climb the stairs to 2nd floor was very upsetting. I felt like I was talking to a wall. Please anyone that has disability don't book in this hotel.
