Maison Savoia B&b Apartment

Zeer aangenaam onthaal met veel tips Bed in onze kamer was slechts een zetelbed met een plank en dunne matras, ok voor één nacht maar voor onze vijf nachten niet ok Douchedeur stuk en toch wat schimmel in de douche De kamers kunnen misschien een opfrissing gebruiken. Ontbijt in caffe Savoia erg beperkt en niet altijd vriendelijk. Op zondag in café Maverick wel heel goed. Ligging heel goed.

The location is great, right in the middle of Caglari. In addition, I was a bit worried because the apartment was in front of a square with some restaurants and bars but the windows are perfectly well isolated and I couldn't hear anything.

The check-in can be improved: the hotel is easy to miss and there is no reception. The room is not as new as it looks in the pictures.

Perfect location, comfortable, spacious room with all necessary amenities: fridge, electric kettle, hairdryer, air conditioning. Large bathroom. 10 minutes from the bus and train station. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very nice and helpful host. He speaks perfect English and helps you with all the interesting things to see in Cagliari.

Mosquiotes - they are very hungry :) but there is a device in the room to get rid of them. However, some of them still survived 😏

Great location, Enrico was quite helpful, great amount of space, good bathroom, daily cleaning, electric kettle & coffee machine were great additions.

The bed in our room was actually a pull out queen size sofa bed, which was overly firm for us.

Centrally located ,good access to amenities and restaurants,very quiet area with the room having AC provided nice and cool room throughout the day and night with towels changed every other day,host was very welcoming spoke a good english which made things a lot easier ,helpful with us providing insights into visiting Cagliari and a map with must see locations The property also had access to a small fridge and well furnished kitchen

No lift with the room located on the first floor so not very heavy luggage friendly ,uncomfortable bed with old mattress ,lack of cleanliness,outdated fit out,sheeting was changed once throughout 6 nights stay,inconsistent breakfast which included just 3 items only(coffee/tea/orange juice,pastry and water)and the full payment for the stay requested on arrival and not at the end of the period

The room was basic and lacking some essentials like tea and coffee. But the owner could not have been more friendly and helpful. He gave us a map and highlighted the sights and even let us leave our bags in the room as we had a long wait for our flight. The location was incredible, directly in the centre of Cagliari and so close to a million cafe, restaurant, shops and transport links. There is a very good shower in the room and towels were changed regularly. Would stay again.

Lack of storage for our clothes. No wardrobe or drawers. The room windows were left open each day after the room clean which allowed the mosquitos to get in.
