Il proprietario è gentilissimo, la posizione per me perfetta

Se posso dare un consiglio toglierei la possibilità di colazione. Si deve andare fuori e si tratta di una colazione “semplice “.

The location was very good, and that was basically the only positive aspect. The beds were fairly comfortable, but apart from that, the stay did not meet our expectations.

There were very loud parties outside the building until late at night, even until midnight or 1 a.m., which made it very difficult to rest and sleep. The breakfasts were extremely poor. They were served in a place across the street and consisted only of one small coffee and one croissant. Nothing else. The staff there were very rude, unpleasant and seemed completely unwilling to work. It is hard to call this a proper breakfast. We had a similar experience in the restaurant downstairs, where hotel guests were supposed to receive a 10% discount. The service was rude, unprofessional and very unpleasant. However, the biggest problem was the condition of the property itself. As soon as we entered the corridor, there was an extremely strong and disgusting smell. It was so unpleasant that every time I entered, I felt nauseous and almost vomited. My husband and I travel very often, practically every month, and we have never experienced anything like this before. The room was very small and cramped. There was no proper wardrobe and no shelves for our belongings. There was only a small recess with a few hangers. There was nowhere to unpack clothes or store luggage comfortably. There were also many problems in the bathroom. The towel heater/drying radiator was broken, so even ordinary underwear took 2–3 days to dry. There was no ventilation and nowhere to dry anything. The toilet seat was broken and kept moving all the time. During every shower, water leaked all over the bathroom floor, which was not only uncomfortable but also dangerous, as it was very easy to slip and get injured. Towels were changed every two days, but in practice there was nowhere to hang them so they could dry. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Despite using various products, nothing helped and we were constantly bitten. We have never had such a problem during any previous trip.

I letti singoli un po' particolari: un po' stretti e un po' corti...se uno fosse 190 e pesasse 100 kg avrebbe qualche problemino... Non è stato il caso mio e della mia amica...

La posizione, la stanza spaziosa e ben arredata, la gentilezza dell' host

La posizione nel quartiere Marina, il buono per la colazione nel bar nella piazzetta Savoia, la gentilezza della persona che ci ha accolto

La stanza era molto fredda quando siamo arrivati, mancanza di aerezione pertanto c'era puzza di chiuso e di muffa nel bagno, nelle foto sembrava diverso

Niente.

la posizione , centralissima

la colazione unica nota dolente in quanto comprendeva un caffè o cappuccino e 1 brioches. Praticamente una colazione da 3 euro. Assolutamente inaccettabile scrivere colazione inclusa
