Enrico is so helpful and welcoming. The room was perfect with a great view over the Piazetta. It was very hot weather and the air con worked swiftly and well. Great location. I would go back, thanks Enrico. Bear in mind there are stairs to rooms, if of limited mobility.

Good value for money. its very central. close to the central train and bus station. rooms are fine, for that Class. there is a small fridge, espresso machine and kettle to help yourself. the host is brilliant. will explain everything in detail. much recommended

We have travelled through over 30 countries and believe this property should be rated at no more than 7. The B&B apartments (????) Was a very small room with the TV and fridge no bigger than 18inches. No coffee a few Tbags a kettle that didnt work (he did replace) and a 3e breakfast across the st..4 keys were needed for entry and electricity. The pillows needed replacing and the safe hadn't been used in years. To have a cup of tea (our own) you had to sit on the bed. Or the floor. On the weekend the noise from the Cafe downstairs went on between 1 and 3am

Location was good close to everything.

I’m always happy to leave a good review when I’m satisfied — but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. The price–quality ratio of this accommodation was disappointing. I booked it last-minute, partly because the listing said early check-in was possible. Despite that, I had to wait until the host arrived, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was provided in a café across the street from the accommodation, but the man working there was extremely unpleasant. The "breakfast" consisted of a tiny coffee and maybe one croissant — for the price I paid for the accommodation, that’s honestly outrageous. When I asked if I could at least have some juice, he rudely told me I had to pay extra. What kind of breakfast is that? Overall, the standard of the accommodation didn’t reflect the high price. What surprised me even more was that the host later asked me to leave a 10/10 review — which I found quite inappropriate given the experience. Lastly, the place is very noisy due to the windows facing the city center. That’s understandable considering the location, but still worth noting for anyone sensitive to noise.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im eklektischen Einrichtungsstil - viel Charme. Tolle Lage ' mitten drin, dennoch war das Zimmer ruhig, da es auf eine Seitenstraße gerichtet ist. Enrico war gut erreichbar und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen

Ottimo soggiorno

Great central location, near all the sights. Also very close to both bus station and trains. Best to avoid having a car rental until after you’ve checked out as Cagliari is tricky to drive in. Loved the city and my hosts were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 👌Breakfast was also included and I enjoyed that it was two different places (Sunday/Monday mornings)

Can’t think of anything! Maybe it’s got internal stairs, but I don’t mind.
