"Great place, but missed the mark."

The hotel property was beautiful and very stylish. The lobby area was welcoming, and the dining room was great, offering an expansive selection for breakfast. Staff were very attentive, and in our case, flexible in providing us with a larger room than the original one booked (which was very small). The parking garage was clean, well lit and easy to navigate.

Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable, small and the bedding was not of great quality. The pillows were not full size either. What was equally disappointing was that while the bathroom was big and modern, paper cups and cheap toiletries were provided. This is not what is expected from a four-star establishment and we were very disappointed. Our expectations of a good night’s sleep were not met.
