Flott beliggenhet og fin hytte med alt vi trengte.

Fint sted. Gangavstand til skistadion. Velutstyrt kjøkken. Behagelig seng. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Alt jeg trenger var her utenom Internett de sa var inkludert. De informerte ikke på forhånd og da få jeg sjokk og der liker jeg ikke.

Let's start with the fact that the cabin is nice, even though we had to vacuum the whole cabin upon arrival because of hairs everywhere. Keep in mind, even when paying the very expensive cleaning fee, you still have to do a lot yourself, like taking the trash out to a public trashbin (nothing is available at the property). We wanted to give this feedback directly to the hosts, but keep reading to find out why never got a chance to do that.

Unfortunately, we've had the worst customer experience and have never felt this disrespected by, what is supposed to be, a host ever before. I highly recommend giving your money to other accomodations who treat their customers like human beings instead of walking wallets. For the ones interested: We've requested the bedlinen days in advance, but when we arrived, it wasn't there. We tried calling, messaging, and emailing for hours, but couldn't reach anyone. Luckily, by searching for someone in the rain after already 4 hours of stress, we found a very nice lady on the property who was able to help us (but didn't manage the place). The next day, the manager knocked on our door and put a cash machine in our face to pay for the bedlinen. At this point, we still assumed that he wasn't aware of any wrongdoing, as he probably didn't see our messages or calls. Therefore, we communicated all this via Google translate to him and after reading the first sentence he already stopped reading, waved his hand irritated and started mumbling something in the lines of that this is ridiculous and that we have to pay the bedlinen. The amount of disrespect was mindblowing to us, after us trying for hours to reach him, waiting in the cold for him, not knowing if we would be able to sleep there, he wouldn't even hear what we had to say. In the end, it was the nice lady who interfered and proposed to just leave the payment for the bedlinen (we had already paid for the cabin). We couldn't care less about the money, but just wanted to be heard after a very stressful day of what is supposed to be our holiday. I could go on, but let's wrap this up. To the nice lady, thank you, to the manager, be better, you can't ignore and dismiss paying customers that just try to communicate with you.

Enkel inn-og utsjekk. Rent, pent, fresht. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Sentralt og rolig. Kiwi rett over veien. Har bodd her to ganger før, så trives fint til ok pris.

Akkurat litt for små soverom, men det gikk greit. Trangt å få satt i fra seg bagasjen. Med fantes ok med kroker og skap-plass. Det styrtregnet når vi var der og vi savnet et tørkestativ til å få hengt opp veldig mye vått turtøy. Men det var varmekabler på gulvet i gangen, så der lå alt i en haug på gulvet...
