The Lakehouse Cameron Highlands

We loved it here. The hotel arranged our transfer from Sungai pelak with the lovely helpful and friendly Mr M, who was very informative along the long journey. We were greeted warmly on arrival by reception and Samantha and shown to our delightful room which overlooked the terrace and lake and the lovely fruit shops over the road. We really enjoyed sitting in the garden on the swing seat. All the staff without exception are wonderful. Food was very good, we particularly liked the Sunday roast, and the Baked Alaska is a little bit of theatre at the table. We had several fab day excursions with Mr M who's lovely daughter also works in the restaurant. We were sad to leave but happy to be moving on to a sister hotel in Melaka which we love Casa del Rio.

Old world charm, great feel to the hotel. Our suite (No. 5) was huge. Very much enjoyed the food and wonderful service.

Unique furnishing with a homely feel. Breakfast was amazing - the roti canai was crispy and freshly made. Compliments to the chef!!!

Too far away from main attractions and restaurants in tanah rata and Brinchang

What a fabulous stay in such a lovely Hotel beautifully kept gardens very clean and comfortable room. All the staff were very informative and welcoming making our stay such a pleasure.

We selected the Lakehouse to stay for our Cameron Highlands sojourn because the room and location were ideal. We were not disappointed, as the deluxe suite was spacious and very comfortable. The in house dining was also very good with an extensive menu catering for the different cultures staying at the hotel. The staff are mostly quite young and very enthusiastic always wanting to ensure one’s stay is a great one. So, deserves the high rating. Thank you.

Love the beautiful landscape view and the friendly service provided by the staff. The overall environment is comfortable and enjoyable, making it a great place to relax. Definitely coming back again!
