Hotel Gran Ciasa

Posizione eccellente: centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e defilata. La pulizia è impeccabile, la camera spaziosa e il bagno davvero ampio e confortevole. Colazione di buon livello, così come la cucina del ristorante, arricchita da un'ampia selezione di vini. La SPA è un altro punto di forza, con diverse tipologie di saune che offrono momenti di autentico relax. Molto apprezzato anche il locale dedicato al ricovero delle biciclette, ben attrezzato e con la possibilità di effettuare piccoli interventi di manutenzione. Che dire, un soggiorno ben oltre le aspettative, anche per un habitué dell’Alta Badia come me.

Amazing place - lovely room and bathroom, great breakfast and evening meal, wonderful facilities to include swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool, sauna and relaxation areas. All of this bar the evening meal was included in the price we paid but the meal was heavily discounted to just 15 Euro a person for a very top end multi-course meal.

Good service, friendly staff, nice spacious rooms, 200m from the slope so almost ski in ski out, solid breakfast but could be greater choice of food that would match some other 4starS hotels in the Alps.

The temperature in the pool should be two degrees higher. The temperature in the Jacuzzi should be 2-3 degrees higher. The wellness/spa area is relatively small. No garage for cars, but enough parking outside. No help from staff when you arrive with the luggage. The dinner should start at 18:00.

Staying in Gran Ciasa second time. It is absolutely exceptional hotel, I’d rate it 11/10 (a la Spinal Tap) 1) Absolutely stellar personnel from check in to waiters. 2) Hotel is stylish and looks so clean and detailed. 3) perfect after ski section: sauna/pool/massage 4) separately mention chef, our best regards to him 5) even the storage @ checkout is well though

Comfortable and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent and reasonably priced.

Quite big room, a lot of space, comfortable beds.

Beautiful building! Wellness center was excellent.
