The Elms Hotel & Spa, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel

The indoor lap pool was awesome . The lobby was very comfortable and the coffee shop was so good .

No refrigerators in rooms . Bathroom needed a vent as the steam from the shower was annoying .

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

For the price per room, I was hoping to have a mini-fridge available, but thankfully I had brought a large cooler. The breakfast situation was confusing in that I had to clarify multiple times about how the breakfast "credit" would work since I opted into that when originally booking the room. To have breakfast included in the cost of the room would be easier than the "credit."

Absolutely beautiful property! We will return again. Indoor & outdoor pool & hot tub where great. Ghost tour was fun!

Service was excellent especially for room was supplied everyday very well. Everybody greet you with a posoirive response like good morning or how doung today. Always want to serve you.. We didn't like that our restursant waitress was also doing food room delivery. Message was the best we've every had 50 minute Swishish style.

Computer error saying we had checked out early so housekeeping tried to enter our room early but glad I had the safety latch. I did report it to the front desk.

Loved the spa and grotto.

This spa and hotel was amazing. Beautiful building, amazing accommodations and several restaurant choices attached to the hotel itself. Spa was nice. They do numerous styles of massages but also have a "grotto" which is a room with a dry and steam saunas, large hot tub, steam shower and an ice cold shower in addition to ice cold mint-scented washcloths to use. Outside was amazing too. The outdoor pool doesn't appear to have chlorine in it. Not sure if it is the spring water but it feels good and doesn't make your skin and hair feel dry. Outside is also a large amount of lounge chairs, a 20 person hot tub and bar! The grounds around it are also large and beautiful with gazebos, a meditation circle or stones and an herb garden. Oh and the hotel accepts dogs too! Out front they have a lawn with poo bag holder and can, like parks often have. One downside is there are no other dog amenities like any off leash area or.any spa features. Still, it is nice to be able to bring our dog!
