Alison Court - Urban Apartments

Very spacious for a studio apartment

Very clean and easy to find. Small car park, but I managed to get a spot easily enough. There is also on street parking right outside the property so if there wasn't space in the car park there are other options. Tea and coffee provided. The flat is very spacious, plenty of room, it was very clean and everything worked perfectly.

Good communication about check in, excellent, quiet location, very convenient free parking, spotlessly clean.

Bathroom floor got very wet when the shower was used due to lack of a shower door/curtain, but the room was well ventilated and heated so it wasn’t so much of an issue. The bed was a little hard, although we did sleep quite well during the stay.

Ho alloggiato nel monolocale numero 6. Gli spazi per un monolocale sono ampi e ben divisi. È presente una lavatrice, una lavastoviglie e un aspirapolvere.

Non adoro il fatto che il letto matrimoniale sia ad " incastro" puoi salire e scendere dal letto solo da un lato. Inoltre, non ci sono dei fermaporta così da permettere di tenere le porte aperte tra la parte giorno/notte e il bagno in quanto il "termosifone/scalda salviette" non basta a riscaldare il bagno. Inoltre, ⚠️ c'è scritto che c'è un parcheggio pubblico gratuito, in realtà intendono gli 9 spazi disponibili nel cortile di proprietà, che una volta pieni non hai più la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente. Il parcheggio vero e proprio in strada ha un costo di circa £ 9 per 3 ore di permanenza massima ( la cosa buona è che è a pagamento dalle 9 a.m. alle 5 p.m.). Nell'appartamento in cui alloggiavo io c'erano anche problemi di connessione wifi.
