El parqueadero con el que tienen convenio, se aprovecha del precio y por 12 horas de parqueo nos cobro una tarifa exagerada. El hotel debería buscar otro socio o tener otras opciones con otros parqueaderos. Que cobren por día y no por horas

The only the thing we liked was the location.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. We found hairs on some of the pillows and blankets provided, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The booking and payment process was extremely clunky. We were required to download the Ayenda app, which I did, but once installed it was completely useless — there were no reservation details or useful information available. Payment was handled through a link they sent. I attempted to pay by credit card, but the payment was rejected with a vague message saying it required further verification. I had to follow up myself to get clarity, only to be told later that the payment had been rejected and that I would need to pay at the hotel. Upon check out, the hotel only accepted cash or a bank transfer. There was no POS terminal available to pay by credit card, which forced me to use cash I had set aside for other expenses. While the stay itself was just “okay,” the overall experience was very poor. The staff repeatedly stated that they are “not Ayenda” and that any issues must be handled directly with Ayenda, which I found absurd considering the pillows and branding throughout the hotel clearly display the Ayenda logo. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to others.
