It's not the ritz

Friendly staff (in the hotel itself) There was no table in the room initially, but there weren't people in the hotel and they allowed me to take one of the common-area tables Room has decent size, not tiny

-1) Very unstable Wi-Fi -2) Very noisy. Noisy location and no sound-proof windows -3) Room is pre-filled with alcohol - not good to pre-supply people with unhealthy stuff -4) It's a chain hotel, but the chain support (via WhatsApp) was quite useless and don't know answers for basic questions (I spoke in Spanish): - I'm arriving at ~3:00am. Is there Uber/Didi in Manizales? - We don't know. We can give you a hotel phone number and you can ask them - I am on the bus, so phone connection is bad. I can't call - Maybe they'll have WhatsApp on this number, but we don't know -5) Their website, as well as posters inside the hotel, clearly say "The best price in Mobile App". The website shows the exact price for the selected room if booked through their mobile app (which is lower than both their website price and Booking price) - screenshot #1, but when you actually install the mobile app, it shows the price higher than Booking's price - screenshot #2. Furthermore, I pointed this out to WhatsApp support and they lied to me (or they simply didn't even know for themselves) saying "From 80 080" price was for some room in the same city - completely not true, screenshot #3 shows they had much cheaper rooms. And screenshot #4 also shows that "From X" price on the website is provided for each room individually. In the end, Booking price (screenshot #5) was the cheapest. Instead of giving me their advertised price (which would still be more money for them because of Booking commission), the support wasted my time. The room and my stay itself were overall decent and I ended up staying here 8 nights (prolonging via Booking), but talking with the hotel chain support frustrated me, and I just don't like dishonest scammy practices such as false advertising.

The STAFF was wonderful. She was friendly, attentive and welcoming. The location couldn't be better and the room and cleanliness was excelent. Wonderful experience can't wait to go back.

While the booking process (paying) was a bit painful, there should really be multiple options to pay, i.e. Daviplata, nekki, etc. the payment application processing time was extremely frustrating, Actually might be the only reason i wouldn't consider Ayenda as a hotel provider.
