"Arroyo - Sedona 1/2 Marathon"

Staff is very welcoming, friendly and easy to work with. Close to everything in Sedona, perfect for the Sedona Half Marathon only a 20 minutes walk from the start. Even though they had some construction work going on it did not affect us at all.

"It was good stay over all!"

Not the properties fault but the people staying above us were very loud walking and pacing from 5 am on .

"OK stay in dark room"

"Nice hotel with spacious renovated rooms"

The spacious room, clean hotel, nice vibe… The room is newly renovated and I liked the interior. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was just ok. No big deal but i would rather have less choices but better quality food. I went for breakfast to Layla bakery that is just across the road..

Our room on the lower floor was clean and had a large tv, comfortable bed, and usual amenities. The walls transmitted sound from neighbors and the floor above conveyed every step of the upstairs occupants. The breakfast seemed sparse for the price. All in all it was not a value for the price, even at peak season.
