Residenza Normanna

Accueil convivial. Tout de suite, avec les fortes chaleurs, il nous a été proposé un rafraîchissement. Tout a été fait pour que nous nous sentions les bienvenus. Notre hôte nous a indiqué où nous pourrions nous restaurer le soir. Nous pouvions même acheter à l'extérieur et profiter de la terrasse pour manger.

Przemiły właściciel Giovanni, który z pełnym zaangażowaniem opowiedział o mieście i jego największych atutach. Bardzo czyste pokoje, przemiłe Panie dbające o porządek. Pyszne śniadania, kawa i woda bez limitu przez cały dzień. Mieliśmy także możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania po przyjeździe oraz pozostawienia bagażu w przechowalni w dniu odjazdu. Totalnie 10/10!!!

-the interior design perfectly matched the Sicilian vibe -clean rooms with all the necessary supplies -high standard of daily room service -breakfast was always fresh, tasty, and based on local ingredients -a stunning terrace available throughout the day -very customer friendly host as well as very helpful apartment staff

Location close to places of interest. Mr Giovanni,who is in charge of the B&B was very helpful and resourceful....

Breakfast options were very limited...A better spread would have been more appreciated.

Giovanni was very welcome and a warm person, as well as the girls. The location was amazing as it was close to the center but very quiet, with many options to eat around. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was good. Also, you are allowed to use all the facilities and everything in the B&B, including free cold water.

Accueil attentionné, grande disponibilité et gentillesse de tous les instants. Proximité du "centre ville". Calme.

Excellent location walking two blocks to get to the main areas lots of restaurants, the bus hope on hope off was right there so was great to see the city! Our room vas very spacious large the bathroom also plenty of room also have a large closet!think this place only have 3 rooms! The attention to details, breakfast, cleaning our room daily was a plus! Also Giovanni was very friendly and helpful! Maria and Marcela made our breakfast with lots of attention super friendly!fresh fruits and coffee many different pastries, bread cheese various ham or salami! Extras for the evening! Juices , yogurt etc The patio was a plus for me, love plants and the views super! Giovanni let me use the laundry room that was a big plus! We are being traveling a while so have clean fresh clothes was a giant plus I totally recommend this place to have a wonderful stay in Palermo walking distance to everything Thanks to everyone who made our stay fantastic! Also they arranged our taxi to the airport! They spoke a bit of English so that was great ! Giovanni is more fluent and super helpful Air conditioner working perfectly! Bed super comfortable we got twin bed it works perfectly not a problem! To get to the apartment have a staircase is in the second floor but it was not difficult no elevator! is easy to access if you don’t have mobility issues! Also for a busy area outside, no noise or crazy loud sounds it all!

Nothing bad ! Was perfect! Location easy to go in different directions totally recommend it❤️
