Дуже привітний хазяїн та персонал, чудове розташування - всюди ходили пішки, дуже простора кімната на 3.

Es hat uns alles gefallen. Das beste ist die familiäre persönliche Atmosphäre. Es wird bei allem geholfen, es ist blitzsauber, wir fühlten uns wie zuhause. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gewählt und ansprechend, Frühstück mehr als reichhaltig. Alle Kritiken sind nicht verständlich, wir sind in Italien und Sizilien, da erwartet man keine absolute Ruhe?!?

Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln

Me gustó mucho, la casa es preciosa y la habitación muy cómoda. El propietario muy atento, nos estuvo ayudando a encontrar un sitio para poder cenar en una noche en la que llovía a mares.. Nos dio todas las indicaciones para llegar desde el aeropuerto al alojamiento.

Die Lage war super. Alle Märkte und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß machbar. Freundlicher Gastgeber, gute Tipps bekommen. Zimmer zum Hof ruhig. Kaffee, Tee und Croissants gratis. Ansprechendes Ambiente der Wohnung mit Terrasse.

Nordzimmer stets kühl und als feucht empfunden. Duschkopf verkalkt und sollte dringend ersetzt werden. Schimmel in Dusche sollte entfernt werden. Handtücher alt und teilweise nicht richtig trocken. Frühstücksbereich sehr kalt. Frühstück sehr einfach, keine Abwechslung. W-lan instabil.

Tutto perfetto.... camera, colazione, pulizia e posizione. Oltre alla gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host e del personale della struttura. Ci torneremo.

Laat je niet misleiden door de armoedig uitziende verveloze entree. Achter deze deur bevindt zich een goed uitgeruste, zeer schone B&B met een zeer hulpvaardige host en een fantastisch ontbijt terras.

Great location, particularly if you are driving, situated just outside Porta Nuova, near the Norman Castle and the Cathedral. Outside Ztl (congestion charge zone) with public street parking facilities in the vicinity (admittedly, not easy to find, but we found it) and a reasonable priced private parking 10 minutes walk (800 metres) from the Residenza. Excellent accommodation's standards throughout, very nice breakfast staff, warm family atmosphere and an exceptional host (Giovanni). The owner will welcome you on arrival and every morning at breakfast time answering in no time any query that you may have. This, also before your arrival, not only during your stay and, if needed, even after your departure. If you need advise to visit a particular site or area, find a good fish restaurant or pâtisserie, theatre or museum in the city, or you are just keen to know more about Sicily and its culture in general, Giovanni will be available to talk to every guest over a cappuccino in the nice patio/breakfast room where the colazione is served. Great experience!
