Infra do hotel em geral excelente, quartos bem grandes, piscinas muito boas, academia e spa ótimos. Café da manhã super completo e bem variado.

Entendo que por ser "exclusivo" se cobre mais caro. Porém a sensaçõa que fica é de que não vale o preço, principalmente por alguns gaps de serviço (ex. sauna úmida ficou 3 dias em manutenção, pratos no restaurante demoram no mínimo meia hora pra ficar prontos, alguma demora para serviços na piscina e arrumação de quartos, etc;.

"Amazing place"

A beautifull place to stay and very comfortabele and extreme friendly staff. Good food and hospitality. The restaurant and service at the pool is great and the architecture is amazing on the pool they serve even the drinks in the water. The gym and the spa’s are great as Well.
