"Zu viele Mängel für den Preis"

Tolle Lage, großes Haus, schöne Aussicht, klimatisierte Schlafräume, freundliches Personal

in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung. Rost an vielen Stellen (Dusche, Lampen, Vorhänge). Lamellenfenster in einem Schlafzimmer nicht dicht für Insekten. Uralte zerkratzte Gläser zum Trinken. Schmutz in den Ecken. Undichte Dusche. Leicht vertrocknete und pfegebedürftige Gartenanlage mit kaum Schatten. Filteranlage im Pool sehr schwach. Reinigung per Hand mit alten teils defekten Materialen sehr schwierig. Defekte Schließsysteme an Fenstern und Türen. Teilweise defekte Spülung an der Außentoilette. Keine Außendusche vorhanden am Pool. Sauberkeit des Grills grenzwertig. (Kamera im Wohnzimmer?)

Très bon accueil de David qui a répondu à toutes nos demandes très rapidement. Je recommande ++ très belle villa à proximité de magnifiques plages du sud de l île vue superbe et calme absolu séjour parfait !

Très bon accueil de David qui est un hôte très à l'ecoute, maison vraiment extraordinaire, très confortable avec une vue magnifique. Mieux encore que sur les photos Si vous voulez visiter le sud de la Martinique avec ses belles plages et ses petites anses c'est la maison qu'il vous faut car idéalement située. Nous reviendrons David. Encore merci

Villa au top, spacieuse, les literies sont confortables. Nous avons passé un très bon et beau séjour à la villa et au Diamant. Nous recommanderons cet établissement.
