Очень красивый вид на горы из номера. Удобная постель и хороший завтрак (горячий омлет, выпечка, мюсли, фрукты, сок). Сначала нам дали номер на 1 этаже, мы заменить на номер на 2 этаже, нам без проблем поменяли.

В бассейн требуется шапочка для плавания (её можно купить на ресепшене)

cleanliness and the great view

the so long check in procedure, we came around 17:30 and there was a queue and only one staff was there so we waited around 20-30 minutes. there no paper in the floor toilets, the reception doesn’t work in sundays. so if the hotel was 2-3 stars then no questions, but for 4 this minuses make sense.

Grande diversidade de alimentos. Requeijão e doce de abobora é sempre um ex-libris da vila. Foi bom ter a presença do fundador na sala de refeições.

Nada a apontar. Mesmo em momento de maior azafama as empregadas conseguiram dar assistência aos pedidos da sala de refeições.

Hotel muito aconchegante, cama muito confortável com uma bela vista e um silêncio incrível. Pequeno almoço muito bom com destaque à um iogurte caseiro divinal! Funcionárias do hotel muito simpáticas. Só não foi perfeito pelo inconveniente que tivemos com a casa de banho relatado abaixo.

De ao tomar banho ter molhado todo o banheiro e o chuveiro poderia estar melhor. O hotel é super agradável e pela proposta, sugiro uma atenção especial à manutenção de pequenos detalhes como o chuveiro, a lixeira do banheiro e horário do pequeno almoço ser um pouco mais longo como 30' a mais até 10:30hs por exemplo.
