Schönes großes Studio mit allem was man benötigt. ich war geschäftlich für 5 Tage in Essen und konnte im Appartment kochen, Arbeiten und entspannen. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Check in und check out waren problemlos mit Keybox.

Die Hauseingangstür war defekt und jeder kann in das Gebäude rein und raus. Im Treppenhaus sind viele Stolperfallen und im EG gab es kein Licht. Es ist relativ laut, da man direkt in der Fußgängerzone ist, demnach ist Schlafen bei offenem Fenster kaum möglich. Das Fenster wiederum isoliert recht gut. Es haben Dinge wie Spülmaschinentabs und Küchenhandtücher gefehlt. Somit habe ich doch weniger gekocht, als ich es mir gewünscht hätte.

Top Lage, Appartement sehr sauber und alles vorhanden

Dusche Wasserdruck und Wärmeregulierung nicht ideal , aber ausreichend Kabine etwas undicht.
