Sehr freundliches Personal, großzügige und top ausgestattete Zimmer, beste Lage an der Mosel. Eine schöne Terrasse mit Moselblick! Zudem: die Küche war ausgezeichnet !

Trap naar boven. Lift gaat naar 5de verdieping, naar 6de met smalle trap, waarbij de deur naar het deel van de kamers draait in een smalle gang. Daardoor moeilijk kan doorlopen. geen airco. Parkeergelegenheid is niet handig.

Heavily carpeted ( shag pile) in rooms and corridor ( we were on 4 th floor)

The location was great. Good sized room. Bed and bathroom ok. Breakfast with a lot of choices and thermos with coffee which is always a big + for me.

The whole hotel had long hair wall to wall carpet. Very unhygienic! The window to the room (53) was open all the time. Despite that I could feel some smell from the carpet while watching a show and when in bed. I woke up 02.10 of itching palms. Hives. I don’t know what triggered the allergy, since I have only had hives taking penicillin, antibiotics and being in a house with mold. So my educated guess is that the carpet had some kind of mold particles spreading in the room. I suggested the staff to check the room for mold. I really can’t recommend this hotel until 2027, after they have renovated and the long hair wall to wall carpet is gone!
