Su ubicacion.

Ya ni siquiera tienen te o cafe en recepcion los pasillos estan demaciado sucios, huele mal, la regadera casi ni agua salio y no tenia luz el baño, desde las 8:30am ya no ay ni rastro de desayuno y la alberca esta de adorno no funciona.

"Dirty Room and Poor Customer Service"

The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with visible stains and signs of deterioration. There was also significant wall and baseboard damage caused by moisture. When I requested a room change, the staff was unable to assist. Basic amenities such as hand soap were unavailable, which made the stay very disappointing.
