USThis property is an older motel, remodeled, and well kept. Daily operations and management is handled by the owners who take pride in the property and keep it really clean. If you’re looking for a simple hotel that is clean in an area that is well kept consider this hotel. This was my second visit to the area and stay at this property, and I plan to visit again.
Really I was very satisfied with my stay. For the price I paid. I’m not expecting a resort.

USBe aware they charge a lot of extra fees when you get there if you have more than 2 people. I had a room with 2 queen beds. We had 2 adults and 2 young children. I was told I had to pay $15 extra a night for the kids which ended up being $60. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Clearwater beach via uber. He also charged us a $25 early check in fee to check in at 3pm because check in was 4pm, but the room was ready. Most hotels would let you check in for free if you are just a little early and the room is clean. There are a few restaurants and a clinic market within walking distance. We only had one pillow each we asked th e front desk for 2 more pillows and they told us no. We also asked the maid to clean our room and she told us they only clean on check out. I would not stay again.
