The room was nice but there was trash from others who had stayed in the room in the past in the room.

No maid service but that I could accept that for the price. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower were empty and when I requested they be filled it did not happen. Breakfast was a challenge; one waffle maker was broken and when the eggs and sausage ran out it was 10 to 15 minutes to get refiled. They seemed not to be prepared for all the guests. It rained and the celling in the ice room leaked and tiles fell to the floor and were not cleaned up when I went for ice. The biggest complaint is that I did not know the Colorado Springs area and on Booking.com I put the address of where I was to work for 3 days and asked for the closest location to my working assignment. It came up with the LA Qunita and I took it and liked the price. It was 16 miles from my work assignments. Driving to my assignment there were facilities I could have walked to work assignment. I will never use booking.com again.

The room itself smelled clean upon arrival. We stayed on the 6th floor so the noise was minimal. The location was great being within walking distance of restaurants, retail store, and movie theater.

The room smelled clean but was not as clean as it could have been. There was dog hair matted to the carpet floor, and the bathroom in particular was not up to par. There was light mold on the shower ceiling, the bathroom 'door lock' was a previously placed women's hair tie looped around the french door knobs to 'lock' the door. The water temp was great but the water pressure was disappointing. We were there for a softball tournament and chose this hotel because the fields were 5 minutes away, but when the player is full of dirt it takes a long while to get off the dirt. The laundry (one washer and one dryer) is located on the 3rd floor and the rotten food smell on the third floor was so strong. Although this is a smoke-free hotel, the first floor hallway clearly smelled of fresh marijuana.

This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Filthy and staff suck. Nothing good about this place. Never again. Very sad place. I wish I had taken photos for you but I don't think I have enough memory in my phone. I was scared to shower it was filthy.

booking.com sold me a king room, but the hotel only had 2 double room... the hotel person said booking.com dies this all the time

Walls were dirty It looked like something was thrown on the wall in the bathroom. Behind the bed it looked like something was splashed on tge wall
