La Quinta by Wyndham Houston Galleria Area

not so good, not enough breakfast food every morning. not clean, lot of ants everywhere.

THIS HOTEL IS IN A GREAT AREA... BUT NOT SAFE NOR IS COMFORTABLE. OUR CAR GOT BROKEN INTO THE FIRST NIGHT BEING THERE. THAT ALONE MADE IT ODD FOR THE FIRST TIME VISITING HOUSTON. THE STAFF DIDN'T DO MUCH OF NOTHING. SECONDLY, AFTER CHECKING IN WE WENT TO A CORNER STORE. AS PROCEEDING TO COUNTER THE STORE GOT ROBBED WHILE GATHERING SNACKS AND DRINKS. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT ALL!!!!

Great location in the Galleria area. The property has a wonderful park like garden grounds with a gazebo. Sitting among the mature trees, it's like sitting in the back yard of your own estate. When I needed to switch rooms, because a relative needed to stay on the ground floor, and there were none left, the room clerk cheerfully and efficeintly switched me from my ground floor room, to a third floor room. Everybody was happy!

It was a pleasant stay. The breakfast was even good. Facilities very good. Fairly good access to the center by public transportation. Free parking. A easy walk to The Galleria shopping center. I would stay there again.

I found the sign difficult to see from the street, causing me to miss the driveway.
