Breakfast nothing special. Typical Continental. Location nice = close to Saratoga attractions Air conditioner was nice to have in room.

Room was quite small. TV was outdated with no channels. Very limited channels, Property was unwilling to modify stay- had to leave for medical situation and they still charged us for 2 nights after we had left.

"Great vintage B&B"

Lots of character. Charming vintage B&B on a lovely green knoll. Great caring staff. Small room but well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Good breakfast and location just south of central Saratoga Springs.

Our room was a bit cramped.

Joe is the the best Inn keeper in the land , friendly , courteous, and there to help .He will make sure your visit is great. Not that many years ago, Joe picked me up at the Saratoga train station, drove us to the Inn. When we came home from a day of racing, our clothes were hung and put away. Morning breakfast is fantastic, try the oatmeal, when you are going out to enjoy the surrounding area, please ask Joe , he knows and will help. Nuff said.

"Great location for SPAC event"

Nice small hotel, classic feel. Comfortable room, clean with updated bathroom. Continental breakfast was good. Coffee was excellent! Good WiFi Joe at the front desk was very nice! The location is great if you are attending an event at SPAC! Plenty of parking
