Ice machine on floor didn’t work. Card key with up leveler handle was not explained.

Not good. There was not enough food prepared early on.

Attitude of desk attendant when asked about no hand or bath soap in our room.

I booked for 4 person in a room with king and sofa bed but the sofa bed was too short and too hard. Not sure why this was a 4 guests room it should only be 2-3 person.

Location and name reputation

The overwhelming smell of bleach, the hot water was like warm in the shower.

This was a great stay with a pet. Everything was clean and looked well kept.

Having an ice machine on our floor was good. The room was comfortable. The location was near the places we wanted to go. Except for the first night, it was quiet.

It took me a couple of tries to get the key to work. It is different than most other hotels I use. The air conditioning unit was noisy. Not so much that it kept us awake, but noisy enough to be surprising.

The suit was spacious and clean.staff was very helpful and friendly. Coffee and pot was provided in room.

There was no blanket on the bed only a sheet and bedspred, the noise from out side traffic was so loud all night. Remote to TV was closed up in the sofa bed .neither remotes worked the TV in the bedroom. More towels would have been nice as there were 3 of us and only 2bath towels.
