The location was very central and close to Queenstown attractions. This city is wonderful! Room was tidy and clean and had what we needed for a short stay. For a longer stay the studio would be too small. Staff friendly and the restaurant attached had great food and vibe. Would stay again.

The hotel was nice and cosy. Everything looked new and clean. The bed was comfortable with a lot of pillow choices. We also had a wonderful lake view from the room. The staff greeted us very warmly and overall we just had a very warm welcome to Queenstown.

The soundproofing between rooms can be a little undesirable. I heard someone else's alarm clock and thought it was ours. But overall, that was my only complaint
