Ottimo letto, ottima stanza, pulizia eccellente, dimensioni stanza molto generose, facile check-in, ottima posizione, stanza silenziosa.

Poco parcheggio in zona, solo parcheggio a pagamento pagato 35€ per una notte.

Loved that there was a washer AND dryer! Very comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed and more. Thoughtful extras like ear plugs, water in the mini fridge, and refills of the coffee pods daily.

Sehr gute Lage! Wir waren zu Fuß schnell in der Altstadt und auch die Bushaltestellen für die Ankunft sind sehr nah. Gute Restaurants sind um die Ecke. Der Gastgeber ist reaktionsschnell und freundlich. Einzig der Café am Morgen, es befindet sich eine Kapselmaschine im Zimmer, hat uns nicht geschmeckt. Das ist eine Kleinigkeit, weil wir dann einfach in der Stadt unsere Café bekommen haben. Es war sauber und die Croissants zum Frühstück 😋 lecker. Um Palermo kennen zu lernen ist das B&B ein genialer Ausgangspunkt!

"Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, für längeren Aufenthalt weniger geeignet"

Die Lage ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Palermo sehr gut; die Altstadt mit Fußgängerzone ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Die Zimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad, und auch der Frühstückstisch befindet sich direkt im Zimmer. Dank des Jahresendrabatts ab Oktober war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich sehr gut.

Die Unterkunft wirkt etwas improvisiert und erinnert eher an eine umfunktionierte Wohnung mit vier Zimmern. Für eine Nacht ist das absolut in Ordnung, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich mich jedoch wahrscheinlich nach einer anderen Option umsehen.
