"I Quit-a the La Quinta"

Nothing.

They canceled my reservation without notice and left me stranded at 12am on Saturday with no place to stay after a 6 hour drive. After being a loyal customer with well over 20+ nights this past year, I will never stay at another Marriott Bonvoy property…. In other news I just became a Silver member with IHG….

Location is great, has a great stay.

Only thing i was upset about was that I left behind a shampoo and conditioner that i bought at the mall over 100$ . I called they said they had it then I drove one hour to pick it up and the front desk lady said they throw it out then Melissa then called me days letter saying they had it in lost and found but missed it when I was there . So I just didnt go back. Only thing.
