There was no pod for coffee in our room. The bathtub plug was down so tub was filled when we got there

Well maintained.

The HVAC system in my room (#605) was very very noisy - every time it started up it went through 3 different gears of noise - impossible to sleep and had to turn it off so then no circulating air and no windows to open.
