Our stay was disappointing. Although the description mentioned that the bathroom was for private use, it was not sufficiently clear that we would have to physically leave the room and walk outside of it to access the bathroom. The photos give the impression that the bathroom is part of the room or immediately adjacent to it, which was not the case. Had this been clearly presented, we would not have chosen this accommodation. Unfortunately, after expressing our concerns, no meaningful solution or compensation was offered despite the accommodation not meeting the expectations created by the listing. I would not recommend this property to guests who expect an en-suite bathroom or who rely on photos to accurately reflect the layout of the accommodation. Greater transparency in both the description and the photos would help future guests avoid the same disappointment.
