The seasonal outdoor pool is open from May until September. This hotel charges 25 USD per room per night for pets. Limited pet-free rooms are available. "It’s was disappointing the way the front desk person acted. I will not be subjected to that kind of behavior."

Nothing.

The front desk person was very rude. Checked out immediately after checking in. Lost money on no cancellation policy. It was worth it, by not staying there after the treatment I was subjected to. Will never stay at this location again.

"Emotional draining that I had to find another hotel on my vaction."

All of it. Rooms weren't clean and i mean there were cigarette butts on the ground, the shower over flowed and flooded the bathroom, and worst of all the staff there were rude people when you tried talking to them about the issues you have. We requested a different room and as we were packing our things to move out of the room they double booked the room before making sure it was clean first. I mean it was just insane. Maxine at the counter literally told us to "figure it out" whenever we talked to about a refund because the managers were out for the ENTIRE weekend which is when our stay was supposed to happen. On memorial day weekend of all times too. Never in my life will I come back here. They're unprofessional and when you request your money back you can't even get it back for stay that you didn't even have. This is why it's nonrefundable. Stayers beware about this hotel. Do not go if you see Maxine there either.
