Blue Lagoon Hotel

Very well located. Walking distance to bars and restaurants as well as night markets. Breakfast was a bit limited in choice for western food but still quite good. staff were friendly and professional and rooms were clean and comfortable.

If i wanted to be picky the Coffee satchels provided were of the type that included milk and sugar already pre-packed whereas I drink my coffee black and without sugar. This was not really a problem or a deal breaker as I was prepared and brought my own. This is more a heads up to others who might prefer black coffee as well and they should come prepared. Everything else was exceptional.

Location excellent , all staff especially housekeeping attentive , Wi-Fi strong , rooms adequate , break fast good and pool refreshing .

Está a 5 min andando de un mercado nocturno con comida deliciosa y musica en vivo todos los dias, a 10 de la torre del reloj y del centro. Todo limpio e impecable, la piscina genial y el desayuno muy rico.

A simpatia dos funcionários, principalmente o rapaz q recepciona e leva as malas até o quarto. Muito simpático, gentil e atencioso.

O banheiro é péssimo, o chuveiro fica praticamente em cima do vaso sanitário, um absurdo! A pia minúscula. Vergonhoso oferecer algo assim para um hotel desse porte!

Location was great, reasonable walk to night market (which was average). Great pool & breakfast was more than sufficient. Cleaners were very efficient, our room was done while we were at breakfast. Staff were generally friendly & helpful

The bed was quite hard (which seems quite common in Thailand). Bathroom was tiny with vanity outside bathroom. We booked a garden & pool view which turned out to be plants in pots outside room & if you looked through you could see pool. Had a small outside area but it was closed in

The staff were friendly and it was a good location for walking, nice outdoor pool area.

The and shower were disappointing.

The hotel has a fantastic location, a lovely pool and breakfast area. The beds were very comfortable, and the local tea served at breakfast was especially delicious. The pool is large and maintained at a pleasant temperature, making it perfect for cooling off. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

No lift. Small bathroom ( showering straight on the toilet, which kept the floor constantly wet), but it didn't bother us much. Very little hangers, so we had to keep our clothes in the luggage.
